Cleaning Services Ocala is a cleaning business in Ocala, Florida. This website is the commercial side of what we do: office cleaning and recurring janitorial service for businesses in Ocala and Marion County. Each job runs on a cleaning plan fitted to the building and its schedule.
This page says which premises we take on and how we work with a business client. It keeps to what we can back up.
Call us and tell us about your building. A cleaning plan starts there.
What we clean for businesses
The work comes in two forms. Office cleaning is the visit itself: which rooms are cleaned, what is done in each one and how often. Janitorial service is that same work under a recurring agreement, with the scope and the schedule fixed in advance.
- Commercial cleaning Ocala: the overview of our work for businesses.
- Office cleaning Ocala: what an office clean covers.
- Janitorial services Ocala: recurring service under an agreement.
We offer this work to offices, medical and dental practices, retail stores and professional spaces. If your building is a different kind, call us and describe it. We will tell you plainly whether it is work we take on.

How we work with a business client
A cleaning plan starts with the building. These are the things we settle with you, and they are the same things any office or janitorial agreement has to settle.
- The building. Tell us the type of premises, the rough floor area, the number of restrooms and how the space is used through the week.
- The scope. We agree which areas are cleaned and what is done in each one. Our office cleaning list is the starting point: common areas, conference rooms, break rooms and restrooms, with trash removal, vacuuming, mopping, dusting and glass.
- The schedule. Visits are fitted to the way your building runs: how often, on which days and at what time of day. Tell us when the space is busy and when it is empty.
- Access. Keys, alarm codes, where supplies are kept and who to contact on each side all need settling before a first visit.
- The paperwork. Ask us to put the scope, the schedule and the price in writing, so both sides work from the same page.
Where we work
We work in Ocala and across Marion County. That takes in offices in Downtown Ocala, businesses along SW College Road and premises near the World Equestrian Center. If your premises are elsewhere in the county, call us and ask.

Sales tax on a cleaning invoice
Florida charges sales tax on office cleaning and janitorial service in commercial buildings. The Department of Revenue’s brochure on cleaning services lists both by name among its examples of taxable services. The tax is charged on the total price of the service.
The county surtax is the rate of the county where the work is done. The Department’s surtax table for 2026 gives Marion County 1.5 percent, which is added to the 6 percent state rate.
Sales to a nonprofit that holds a current Florida Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption are not taxed, so tell us when you call if that describes your organization. When you compare quotes from any cleaning company, check that the tax appears as its own line.
Questions to ask before you sign
Hiring a cleaning company means handing over the keys to your building, so ask us what you would ask any contractor. Who will be in the building, what paperwork can we show you, and what happens when a visit comes up short? Ask before you sign, and ask for the answers in writing.
Call us with the size of your space and the days you want it cleaned, and ask for a quote.
Questions people ask
What should a business have ready before calling for a quote?
The type of premises, the approximate floor area, the number of restrooms, how many visits you want in a week or a month, and the times the building is in use. Those five details shape the cleaning plan. It also helps to know who your contact person will be and how access to the building works.
Is sales tax charged on office cleaning and janitorial service in Florida?
Yes, in a commercial building. The Florida Department of Revenue lists office cleaning and janitorial services among the cleaning services that are taxed in commercial buildings, on the total price of the service. The county surtax follows the county where the work is done, and Marion County’s is 1.5 percent for 2026.
